Where are you located?

Dusti is located in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa

 

Do you ship outside of South Africa?

No, currently we only process and ship orders within South Africa.

 

How do you accept payment?

Payment can be done online during checkout via Credit Card, VISA Card, Mastercard or Instant EFT.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are prepared for shipping within 2 business days after you place it. Once your order has been packaged, and a label has been created for your tracking, you will receive an email confirmation with that information. Domestic South African Customers typically receive their purchases within 3-5 business days and shipping is done via Fastway Couriers

What does shipping cost?

We know that nobody loves to pay for shipping, so we have decided to cover that for you. Therefore shipping is absolutely free.

 

Why was my order canceled?

There are several reasons for an order being canceled.  We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide you an explanation.  Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

 

What happens if my package is returned to Dusti?

If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded the original purchase price, minus the original shipping fee.

What is your return policy?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges; all sales are final. We are firm on our return policy. Items allowed to be returned in extreme circumstances will be returned at buyer's expense and refunds provided accordingly for items purchased only and not the shipping.

  

When will you get more of an item that is sold out?

Restocks of styles and/or sizes depend on the availability within our network of suppliers. We cannot predict when an item will be back in inventory or available in a specific size.

       

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You are not subject to sales tax.  You pay the list price for the item, plus shipping if applicable.
